Phone survey being implemented

A phone survey is currently being conducted to evaluate the performance of the Hawaii Energy program. The purpose of the survey is to ensure that incentives were received by program participants and to get feedback about their energy use at home. Participants will also be asked if they want to participate in a site survey.

Hawaii Energy's mission is to educate, encourage, and incentivize the rate payers of Hawaii to choose to invest in efficiency measures, to learn new ways to conserve, and to contribute to improving Hawaii's bright energy future. These individual actions taken as a whole, play a critical role in achieving Hawaii's Clean Energy Initiative (HCEI) goals. We are developing new measures to improve the cost-effectiveness of the rebate incentives as well as to promote increased emphasis of personal energy awareness and sustainable energy behaviors.
