Hawaii Energy Workshop Series on Oahu - “Benchmarking Your Commercial Building & What’s Next”
February 25, 2012
EEFG is heading to the islands with a new Hawaii Energy Workshop Series, featuring some of our most popular courses, funded by Hawaii Energy, your conservation and efficiency programs. We’re excited to work together to promote energy efficiency and move projects forward.
About the Series:
Energy efficiency retrofits can be a tough sell to building owners in today’s economic climate. Hawaii Energy is excited to bring EEFG to present the following three workshops to help both vendors who want to increase their sales of energy efficiency solutions and those who must obtain project funding approval from others within their own organization.
Ala Moana Hotel on February 25th at 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
“Benchmarking Your Commercial Building & What’s Next”
Learn how to benchmark your building’s energy performance with the help of EPA's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. This class includes a hands-on exercise so that attendees can benchmark a sample building from start to finish and see its ENERGY STAR score. Additionally, you’ll learn how to set targets for improvement, estimate the actual amount of energy savings necessary to reach a higher score, and more.
For information about other workshops in this Series between Feb. 20 and 25, click on them on our Calendar of Events.
