ENERGY STAR® Appliances

Shopping for new appliances? Get money back and save on electricity costs with Hawaii Energy’s ENERGY STAR® rebates.

ENERGY STAR® appliances exceed federal requirements for energy efficiency and use 10% to 50% less energy than standard models. They may be more expensive than other models, but Hawaii Energy rebates will help you pay for very efficient appliances that will keep on saving you dollars on your electric bill for many years to come.

ENERGY STAR® appliances are available at most major retailers.

  • Check qualified brands and models at www.energystar.gov and look for the blue ENERGY STAR® label on the appliance and/or the packaging.
  • Check the yellow EnergyGuide sticker found on major appliances to help you compare operating costs of different models.
