Hawaii Energy’s mission is to educate, encourage and incentivize the rate payers of Hawaii to choose to invest in efficiency measures, to learn new ways to conserve and to contribute to improving Hawaii’s bright energy future. These individual actions taken as a whole, play a critical role in achieving Hawaii’s Clean Energy Initiative (HCEI) goals. We are developing new measures to improve the cost effectiveness of the rebate incentives as well as to promote increased emphasis of personal energy awareness and sustainable energy behaviors.
